Titan Poker Software

The Titan Poker is part of the iPoker network developed by PlayTech, and is available in five languages: English, French, German, Spanish and Italian. There isn’t anything spectacular about the graphics, but they succeed in being clear and easy on the eyes, which makes for good navigation. The software is similar to what you will find on other iPoker network rooms and Titan Poker has frequent updates, which enhance the security and stability of the site.

Although the Titan lobby interface is clear and accessible, with a 'My Tournaments' tab for those forgetful few, the iPoker network is far from infallible. It can be riddled with down times, poor connectivity, and problems opening new tables. A buddy list, player notes and live floor managers go some way to restoring its credbility. The player to player transfer feature is only available for loyal (yes, extremely loyal) customers who have raked in the excess of £2,000, which is a bit annoying for the casual player who wants to slip his friend $5.

Statistics

A visual hand history is avialabe for players to quickly take in how they are playing, and player note taking helps a player keep track of how everyone else is playing. A quick look in the lobby will help players chose the optimal tables by viewing such stats as the average pot size, the number of hands played per hour and the viewed flop percentage.

Multi-Table

Titan Poker has updated their software to allow play at eight tables simultaneously. To help facilitate this kind of play there is a mini view option, allowing four tables to stack to help a player manage so many games. Over all there are no problems with multi-table play.

Graphics

Titan graphics are simple and easily distinguishable, if not a little drab. Attractive 3-D inspired avatars are available without detracting from software performance. The look and feel of the lobby is very basic with few bells and whistles, but it all flows together and allows the player to quickly get where they need to go. The menu tree on the left of the lobby makes navigating quick and easy.

Special Features

One of the best special features the Titan Poker software has is a visual representation of Hand History. This feature allows a player to quickly grasp how hands have been played and keep going, without having to request histories and then decipher a text history.

Titan Poker is fully compatible with a range of tracking tools, including Poker Tracker and Hold'em Manager.
