Absolute Poker runs its own network of poker sites, drawing in some traffic from the smaller sites on its network. The software is steady if a bit bland in the graphics department, but recent additions like the Instant Play browser based option make it a winner with some players.
Statistics
Standard statistical reporting is available on the Absolute Poker software, including note taking and lobby table information. Players can hunt for the perfect game by viewing data such as viewed flop percentages, table stakes, chip stacks and the like.
Multi-Table
Absolute Poker supports up to six tables simultaneously and recently added this functionality to their Instant Play flash browser software version (which can also be played by mac poker players).
Graphics
The graphics of Absolute Poker are bare bone but functional, with easy to navigate tables and lobby. The chat window can be detached to allow for more screen room, and there is a convenient Floor Manager button to get some live help if needed.
Special Features
The Instant Play version of the Absolute Poker software is highly touted as a special feature, but beyond that most of the “extras” are now fairly standard, such as note taking. The Find a Player function is nice, however.
