World famous tennis sensation Rafa Nadal has joined the PokerStars team.

He’s one of the world’s greatest sportsmen, with several Grand Slam and ATP title wins, an Olympic gold medal and legions of fans from around the world. Rafa Nadal has now joined PokerStars, and he’ll be aiming to take the same drive and passion he’s shown on the courts with him to the virtual felt.

But while he may be the best tennis player of his generation, Rafa has never won a poker tournament. He’s looking forward to taking his first steps on the road towards becoming a winning player, and you can join him on his journey by checking clicking here for the latest updates on his progress.

Rafa also needs your help. That’s why he is asking all PokerStars players in the UK and Ireland to send a video with your top poker tip. The firm will show the best videos on this page every week, and award prizes to the videos Rafa thinks give the best advice. The best overall video will win a European Poker Tour (EPT) Barcelona prize package, including buy-in for the €5,300 Main Event (August 19-25), eight nights accommodation in a 4-star hotel and €1,500 for expenses. The winner will also receive a chipset signed by Rafa, as will five runners-up. Everyone who submits a suitable video also gets a $22 MicroMillions Main Event ticket!
