To get your bonus, just follow these steps:

How about an example of how it all works?
In March they took your 10 highest daily points total and gave you $1 for every 20 points earned on the lowest day – in June it will be double, so you'll earn $2 for every 20 points!
Example: if you earn the following points on your 10 highest-earning days:
