Full Tilt rings the bell to announce Audley Harrison
Heavyweight boxer Audley Harrison recently joined a sponsorship deal with Full Tilt Poker, putting the 38 year-old in the ring with fellow poker players for the online poker room.
Harrison knows how to win a tough fight, having 27 victories over 31 matches, but all that boxing didn’t get in the way of learning how to be a pro at the poker table. The boxer has made more than $100k at the tables, proving he’s got skills when he is sitting down, too.
He’s been scouting on his own for a team to join, so this move appears to be a good one for both player and room.
“We have found the perfect partner in Full Tilt Poker” said Harriosn, “and I look forward to representing them both in the ring and on the tables. Next time I’m in action on the felt, I plan to have the WBA Heavyweight Championship belt round my waist.”
