Annette Obrestad wins PokerStars Sunday 500

CrunchPoker Staff - 27 May 2010

PokerStars’ Sunday 500 drew in some high talent, including the eventual winner Annette Obrestad.

When a big name player makes it to the final table of a major online weekend event it usually gets the poker world excited. When one goes on to win the event it gets a ton of attention, which is what happened this past weekend when “Annette_15” took the starting field of 997 entrants to school.

Christian Harder was her heads-up opponent, and he grabbed $63,500 for second. Annette won $87,400. Annette is going to be playing in the WSOP for the first time this year, now old enough to play at 21.
