PokerStars is offering one of their players a chance at a trip of a lifetime – a chance to visit Mount Everst.
As part of their sponsorship of Patagonian Brothers Damien and Willie Benegas and their ascent of Mount Everest, PokerStars will be sending one lucky player along with the team.
The winning player will accompany the brothers to the base camp in the foothills of the Himalayas and play poker! The pair intends to play poker along their trip and again when they reach the top raising money for a foundation that works to keep Everest free from the rubbish that accumulates on the ascent. Their game will be the highest poker game anywhere in the world.
PokerStars will be donating $5,000 to the foundation.
PokerStars will be holding a single $1.10 tournament at 18.00 ET on 30 May 2010 on PokerStars.com for the contest.
