PokerStars recently announced the creation of two more international tournaments, one each in Mexico and Bulgaria, starting next month. The First National Poker Tournament will run from August 19th through August 22nd in Mexico City, where the champion of the grand final will win $1 million pesos and a seat in the Latin American Poker Tour Grand Final in Argentina,.

The next month in Varna, Bulgaria the PokerStars Balkan Poker Festival will run in the Grand Hotel Casino International at the Golden Sands resort,  September 2nd through September 5th. The winner is guaranteed a European Poker Tour prize package valued at €5,300. Details are light, but certainly the winner will be looking at a hefty cash prize as well.

As with all PokerStars live events, such as the European Poker Tour and the Latin Poker Tour, players may qualify for these new events online via sattelites.
