The PokerStars.com European Poker Tour arrives in London for their Poker Festival in September, one year on from last season’s record-breaking Main Event.

After attracting 730 players in 2009, the tournament became the biggest ever held in the UK and this year’s London Poker Festival is the first of Season 7’s full-on poker festivals. It will run from 29th September through to 4th October and it is set to be more exciting than ever,
With a whole host of events on offer, including the £5,250 Main Event, the £20,000 High Roller and £2,000 European 8-Game Championship, it could be one of the greatest tournaments ever held on British soil.
Last season the top prize went the way of American Aaron Gustavson and his victory offered inspiration to PokerStars players all over the world with the champ being one of 149 players who won their seat on the tables. Gusrtayson beat world champion and Team PokerStars PRO Peter Eastgate heads-up to win the Main Event for a first prize of £850,000.
EPT LONDON POKER FESTIVAL VENUES
The EPT London Poker Festival main event, all side events and most Sit & Go's will take place at the Hilton Metropole. The European Championships and all cash games will take place at the Grosvenor Victoria Casino. You may buy in to all EPT events (except the super satellite to the main event) online at PokerStars from September 15 until three hours before the selected event.
